Sightline Tours Terms & Conditions
- All tours include complimentary pick-up and drop-off at select hotels in the Downtown Vancouver area.
- Sightline Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by weather, breakdowns, traffic conditions, accidents and/or other conditions beyond our control.
- Sightline Tours is not liable for any loss or damage of property.
- Operation of tours may be cancelled due to insufficient passenger count or bad weather.
- All vehicles owned and operated by MTR Western or other licensed operators.
- Cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to departure will be non-refundable.
- Online Reservations: All bookings are real-time requests for availability and once booked will be reserved in real time from allocated inventory unless otherwise specified. The confirmation information generated shall serve as your client's receipt for services purchased and should be printed and stored in a safe place. The confirmation information shall serve as the client's travel document and changes or cancellations will require the reservation number in order to be effected. If the booking is cancelled after acceptance of confirmation, cancellation polices apply.
- Payment Policies: All tours require full payment upon booking and shall be deemed as fully paid upon receipt of confirmation. Charges will appear on credit card statements as "IntellAgent Settlement."
- Increase in Fares, Fees, Fuel Surcharges, Taxes and Changes in Tour Content: Prices quoted are subject to increase should cost factors dictate the need; Sightline Tours may do so at any time. If a governmental authority or vendor increases fees or taxes, Sightline Tours reserves the right to pass on those increases. Sightline Tours reserves the right to alter the tours listed on this web site or substitute a tour or component of a tour with a tour or component of comparable value.
